Nissan manufacturers their forklifts in LP gas, electric, or both. Many of the main types of forklift manufacturers have multiple models to them. For instance, their IC Pneumatic forklift is available in three different models; all with different ratings and capabilities.
IC Pneumatic* #
- Nomad Compact

The differences between the three are mainly related to power in this model. The Nomad Compact has a lift capacity of 5,000 lbs., the Platinum II has a lift capacity of 7,000 lbs., and the GO4 has a lift rating of 11,000 lbs. The various models change by size and power. That is not always the case, so be sure to do your research on each individual model.

The new Nissan Forklifts are better designed than ever before. They are more fuel efficient. This contributes to the health of our planet. It also saves money! Nissan's new forklifts claim to be 10% better on fuel than leading competitors. That relates to real, measurable, cost savings over the life of a forklift.
New Nissan forklifts also come loaded with extra technology. They have an "engine protection system" that warns drivers if the unit is overheating or if there is a sudden drop in oil pressure. New Nissan forklifts have a multifunctional LCD screen that keeps the operator tied into what's going on with the lift.
