If you use the rough estimate that an average roof in America is 40’ X 60’ you will get an area of 2400 square feet. Divide 2400 by 100 to get the number of squares and that comes out to be 24 squares even, in this case. 24 squares of roofing at a price of $275 to $450 per square will cost $6,600 to $10,800.
